Letter to Avenue Nissan Sales Limited

To Whom it may Concern:

I wanted to comment on service I received while at your dealership this past week. I have been shopping for a new car for a little while now and have been interested in the X-trail. I came into your dealership to look at the X-Trail and was hoping to take a test drive and get some information. When I came in, I felt very brushed off by the gentleman helping me. I asked questions about the car I was given yes and no answers and told that "the information you need is all on the sticker on the window." When I asked about a test drive I was told that "yes, there are some on the lot to test drive" and that "the dealership was open Monday to Thursday until 9pm and I should come then."

I felt like I was treated with disrespect as a young woman and was not taken seriously as a car buyer. I am still interested in this car, but will not be purchasing one from your location. Customer service is a huge part of purchasing a car and it is very important to have an established relationship with a car company.

I wanted to bring this to your attention, and remind you that no matter what people look like walking through your doors, everyone deserves to be treated with the same level of respect.

Thank you very much for your time.

Now, if only I can find the right place to send it to since the website doesnt seem to want to accept it...
